Together with her husband Shari Bedasee opened her first restaurant in Orlando Florida in 2006. Drawing on inspiration from top Jamaican Chefs and traveling the United States and several international countries, chef Shari created a menu that blends several Caribbean Island cuisines with authentic Jamaican flavors. In addition to her signature dishes, Shari has created new items unique for the West Palm Beach location. Complemented by the artsy design with Caribbean sceneries decor, the unparalleled dining experience is a true statement of upscale. With over 15 years of experience cooking Caribbean Cuisines, our chef is excited to serve the Palm Beaches Communities and beyond.
